Digital delivery — there is no shipping

Every product sold by De Milliards is a digital download. Nothing is physically posted, so no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timescales apply to any order.

How and when you receive your order

Your files are delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed, to the email address entered at checkout. Depending on the title, you will receive PDF and DOCX files, and for The 1000-Day Goal Operating System a one-click Notion template duplicate link.

Delivery is usually instant. Allow up to 30 minutes at busy times.

If your files do not arrive

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first — automated delivery emails often land there. If you still cannot find your order after 30 minutes, email contact@demilliards.com with the email address and name used at checkout and we will resend your files manually. We aim to reply within one working day.

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us and we will redirect the delivery at no charge.

Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase.

For digital content, this right ends once the download begins. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your files and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once download starts. This is a legal requirement we are obliged to make clear, and it is why we describe every title in detail before purchase.

If you have paid but not yet downloaded, you keep your 14-day cancellation right in full. Email us and we will refund you.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned. That does not mean we hide behind it.

We will refund you where:

· The files are faulty, corrupted or will not open, and we cannot fix it
· The product is materially not as described on the product page
· You were charged twice, or charged in error
· You paid but had not downloaded before cancelling

These rights sit alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by anything on this page.

To request a refund, email contact@demilliards.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Duplicate purchases and upgrades

If you have bought individual titles and later want The Empire Stack, contact us and we will credit what you have already paid against the bundle price rather than charging you twice for the same book.
